In a game for the baseball purist, Oliver Perez(9-13) and Matt Morris(3-18)
squared off in a tense pitching duel, Wall St Millionaires finally emerged
victorious over hapless Colorado Scrub NL2, 3 to 1.

Wall St jumped out to the early lead in the first inning scoring 2 runners on
2 hits. That scoring would be all that was needed. Wall St managed only 6
on the afternoon.

Jose Valverde gained credit for his 21st save. Wall St now has a record of
68-65. With this loss, Colorado has a 4-6 record of late, 38-91, worst in
the division overall.

When questioned about his counterpart after the game, Arroyo was lavish in his

Wandy Rodriguez dominated striking out 12 Oakland batters as the Minnesota
SnowBirds defeated the floundering Oakland Scrub AL2 by a score of 7 to 3 at
McAfee Coliseum.

Rodriguez(11-10) was simply too much for the Oakland batters. He didn't give
up much, just 4 hits and no walks in 9 innings. Minnesota managed 14 in
their victory.

Braden Looper(3-18) was tagged with the loss. Rodriguez was pleased with his
performance. He noted, 'I had good command of all my pitches. Just as
important, my location was right on.'
