Cherry Hill finished with 7 hits in the victory. Hideki Okajima(3-2) went 1 inning allowing no runs for the victory. Okajima got help from Joe Nathan who was credited with his 37th save. Manny Corpas(7-5) was given the loss in relief. He pitched 1 and 2/3 innings and surrendered 2 hits and no walks.
