WEB GEMS- Top 9th: Alexei Ramirez robbed Mark Teixeira of a base hit.

Ryan Braun jacked one out of the ballyard and had 2 RBI and Ubaldo Jimenez
allowed only 3 hits resulting in a big goose egg on the scoreboard for
Yardley as the Philadelphia Phranks beat the Yardley Oaks by a score of 6 to
0.

Jimenez(11-6) simply dominated Yardley. He didn't give up much, just 3 hits
and 2 walks in 9 innings lowering his ERA to 3.29. The pitchers took over
after the 4th inning as neither team was able to score again.

The loss was charged to Ted Lilly(8-8). He was touched for 3 homeruns in his
7 and 1/3 innings of work. Joe Girardi lamented, 'Jimenez was really
aggressive today. He kept coming after our hitters. Heck, why not. he kept
sitting our guys down one after another - like so many bowling pins!'
