Gavin Floyd was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game and Jermaine Dye smacked a grand slam as the Yardley Oaks
defeated the Philadelphia Phranks by a score of 13 to 5 at Citizen's Bank
Park.

Dye enjoyed a fine evening at the plate. He cleared the bases with a Grand
Slam homerun (his 19th of the season) in the 5th inning and doubled bringing
in two baserunners in the 7th inning. Philadelphia scored in 5 different
innings, but their shaky pitching kept them from victory.

Floyd(11-3), allowing 5 runs for the game, picked up the victory. Chad
Billingsley(9-5) suffered the loss. He was knocked around pretty good,
giving up 11 runs in 6 and 1/3 innings.

Yardley now has a record of 48-39. With the loss Philadelphia now has a
record of 49-41.
