Second baseman Chase Utley connected with a 'big fly' and had 2 RBI as the Sea
Isle SeaGulls staged a dramatic comeback over the Oakland Scrub AL2 by a
score of 7 to 6 at PNC Park.

Sea Isle had the game winning rally in the 9th inning with 2 runs using 3
hits. Utley opened up the inning nicely when he doubled. Chipper Jones came
to the plate and tripled driving in a run. Aaron Rowand then banged out a
single making Sea Isle the winners and sending the 13,332 fans home happy.
It was roller coaster of a game as the lead change hands 5 times.

The win went to Juan Cruz(3-1) who allowed no runs in 1/3 of an inning. Joel
Peralta(3-1) ended up with the loss in relief. Jim Tracy was in great
spirits in his post-game interview. Yet, when asked about his feelings after
the thrilling comeback victory, he volunteered, 'I'll tell you this much - I
know how my counterpart, Ken Macha, feels right now - and it's not very good.
It's terrible when you come up on the short end of one of these!'

Shortstop Alex Gonzalez had 4 hits and 3 RBI at Rogers Centre as the Yardley
Oaks embarrassed the hopeless Toronto Scrub AL1 by the lopsided score of 22
to 7.

a run in the 1st inning, doubled resulting in a run in the 2nd inning, ripped
a solo home run (his 12th of the season) in the 4th inning and singled in the
7th inning. Yardley bats were very productive in the 1st inning when they
had 6 runs on 6 hits and the 7th inning when they had 6 runs on 6 hits. The
Yardley offense was great, scoring in 7 of the 9 innings.

Scott Kazmir(9-5) went 6 innings allowing 5 runs for the victory. Jeff
Suppan(4-13) ended up with the loss. He surrendered 6 runs and 6 hits in 2/3
