Wandy Rodriguez pitched 6 strong innings as the Minnesota SnowBirds defeated
the Wall St Millionaires by a score of 4 to 3 at Wrigley Field.

Wall St was unable to recover after Minnesota went ahead in the 3rd inning
scoring one runner. Nick Swisher ripped a solo home run (his 6th of the
season). Wall St made it exciting in the 9th, but they were unable to push
the needed runs across.

The victory went to Rodriguez(13-10) who went 6 innings, allowing no runs.
Oliver Perez(9-14) ended up with the loss. He pitched 5 and 1/3 innings and
surrendered 3 hits and 1 walk.

Dusty Baker was in a contemplative mood after the tough loss, 'It is really
hard to lose this kind of a game. It may seem weird to some, but it is
easier to take the occasional blow-out loss. It is the ones that just barely
get away that hurt so much - like this one!'
