Left fielder Johnny Damon had 4 hits as the Sea Isle Seagulls topped the
Colorado Scrub NL 2 by a score of 17 to 8 at Coors Field.

Damon really lit it up for Sea Isle. The Colorado fans let him have it for
what he did to their boys. He doubled in the 1st inning, laced a base-knock
in the 4th inning, laced a base-hit resulting in a run in the 5th inning and
depressed the partisan hometown fans with a grand slam home run (his 5th of
the season) in the 8th inning. Sea Isle provided plenty of action in the 5th
inning which saw them plate 8 runs on 8 hits and the 8th inning with 4 runs
on 4 hits. Overall Sea Isle out-hit Colorado 23 to 9.

Chan Ho Park(1-0) got the win allowing no runs in 5 innings. Josh Rupe(0-1)
was hit with the loss in relief.
