The score was tied at 5 after nine. Finally, Sea Isle pulled the game out in the 11th inning. Chipper Jones cracked a solo homerun (his 17th of the season). Josh Hamilton next to the plate and he tripled. Despite losing, Washington out-hit Sea Isle 14 to 10. The win was credited to Billy Wagner(3-1) who went 2 innings allowing no runs. Will Ohman gained credit for his 2nd save. Aquilino Lopez(1-2) was hit with the loss in relief.
