Third baseman Ryan Zimmerman blasted a homerun and had 5 RBI and John Danks
was able to finish what he started and was credited with a complete game as
the potent Wall St Millionaires ballclub embarrassed the pitiful Toronto
Scrub AL 1 by the count of 22 to 4.

Zimmerman enjoyed a big evening at the plate. He doubled plating two runs in
the 3rd inning, doubled in the 5th inning and clubbed a three-run home run
(his 22nd of the season) in the 9th inning. Wall St bats were hot in the 5th
inning with 7 runs on 6 hits and the 9th inning when they had 6 runs on 4
hits. The Wall St offense was great, scoring in 7 of the 9 innings.

Danks(13-4) finished the game allowing 4 runs in the victory. The loss was
charged to Dana Eveland(5-10). He allowed 10 hits and 5 walks in 4 and 2/3
innings.

'I didn't feel that good when I came to the park tonight,' Zimmerman said.
'I'm glad I decided to play!'

Brian McCann slammed 2 homeruns and had 6 RBI as the incredible Atlanta
Prohibitioners clobbered the outmatched ice-cold Washington Scrub NL 1, 16 to

(his 24th of the season) in the 9th inning. Atlanta lit up the scoreboard in
the 5th inning which saw them plate 9 runs on 6 hits. Atlanta out-hit
Washington for the game, 15 hits to 10.

The victory was credited to Randy Johnson(14-6) who went 7 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 4 runs. Tim Redding(4-14) ended up with the loss. He served up 3
homeruns in his 4 and 1/3 innings.

Dan Haren completed the game without help from the bullpen as the Detroit 40's
outscored the pathetic Colorado Scrub NL 2 11 to 2.

Haren(15-8) put on a good performance. He didn't allow much, just 7 hits and
1 walk in 9 innings. After the 4th inning, neither team was able to score.

Zach Duke(4-21) absorbed the loss. He was touched for 9 hits and 4 walks in 3
and 1/3 innings. The winning ways continue for Detroit. They now have a
record of 9-1 in recent days. Colorado can't seem to snap out of their
recent 'funk'. Now they have a miserable 1-9 record over the last couple
weeks.
