Sunshine State scored the deciding run in the top of the 9th inning. Ryan Theriot hit a single. Theriot took off for second and slid in with a stolen base. After an out was recorded, Ian Stewart stepped in and he was hit by a pitch. Ryan Ludwick stepped in and he lined a single. Sunshine State ended up with 12 hits for the game while Sea Isle had 6. Jesus Colome(2-1) went 2/3 of an inning allowing no runs for the win. Colome was helped out by Takashi Saito who recorded his 6th save. Cory Wade(4-2) was given the loss in relief.
