The victory went to Ubaldo Jimenez(17-8) who went 6 innings, allowing 1 run. Edwin Jackson(8-12) was the losing pitcher. He was unable to control the Philadelphia offense and allowed 12 hits and 2 walks in 7 and 2/3 innings.
